隧道内双块式无砟道床抢修技术研究

随着我国高速铁路通车里程跃居世界第一,一些突发事故不可避免,作为我国铁路无砟轨道主型结构之一,研究其抢修技术以保证铁路在灾害发生时能够保持不间断安全行车势在必行.基于此,本文对隧道内双块式无砟道床抢修技术进行研究,在确定双块式无砟轨道道床抢修技术原则基础上,制定道床板二次拆除一次浇筑的双块式无砟道床抢险修复技术方案,并提出道床板抢修二次拆除一次浇筑主要施工工艺及控制措施.根据理论计算结果,首次指出高速铁路无砟轨道抢险施工期间限制速度可采用80 km/h.研究结论可对以后双块式无砟轨道抢险施工提供参考.
Research on Emergency Repair Technology of Bi-Block Sleeper Ballastless Track in Tunnel
As China's high-speed railway mileage ranks first in the world,some unexpected accidents are inevitable.As one of the main structures of railway ballastless track in China,it is imperative to study its emergency repair technology to ensure that railway can maintain uninterrupted safe operation when disaster occurs.On this basis,this article made a study of the emergency repair technology of bi-block sleeper ballastless track bed in tunnels.Based on determining the technical principle of emergency repair of bi-block sleeper ballastless track bed,a technical scheme for emergency repair of bi-block sleeper ballastless track with secondary demolition and one time casting was developed and the main construction process and control measures for track slab emergency repair with secondary demolition and one time casting were put forward.According to the theoretical calculation results,it is proposed for the first time that the speed limit of high-speed railway ballastless track during emergency repair construction can reach 80 km/h.The research conclusion can provide reference for future emergency repair construction of bi-block sleeper ballastless track.
