运营铁路隧道套衬施工装备的发展与创新

随着我国铁路建设高速发展,越来越多的铁路隧道建成并投入运营,部分运营铁路隧道出现衬砌裂损、腐蚀渗漏水等各类病害.受制于天窗点时间短、隧道顶部接触网复杂,目前常采用的作业方式为利用脚手架搭设施工平台,手持简易机具施工,其劳动强度大、安全风险高.本文详细阐述由中铁五院、铁建重工和中铁装备并行研制的三套运营铁路隧道套衬施工成套装备系统构成、技术参数、创新点,并进一步研究施工成套装备的使用功能,探讨其发展为铁路基础设施综合维养装备的可能性.
Development and Innovation of Construction Equipment for Railway Tunnel Lining in Operation
With the rapid development of railway construction in China,more and more railway tunnels have been built and put into operation.Some operating railway tunnels have suffered various diseases such as lining cracks,corrosion and water leakage.Due to the short time of the skylight point and the complex overhead contact network at the top of the tunnel,the commonly used operation method is to use scaffolding to set up a construction platform and carry out construction with simple tools,which has high labor intensity and safety risks.In the article,the system composition,technical parameters,and innovation points of three sets of operational railway tunnel lining construction complete equipment developed in parallel by China Railway Fifth Design Institute,China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Corporation,and China Railway Equipment are introduced in detail,and the use functions of the construction complete equipment are further studied.The possibility of developing it into a comprehensive maintenance equipment for railway infrastructure is studied.
