Development and Application of Tunnel Lining Construction Equipment in the Guiguang Railway
China ranks first in terms of high-speed railway operating mileage and scale globally,and is moving towards even higher speeds.In order to meet the operational needs of high-speed railways in the new era,enhance tunnel service quality,and ensure the safety of people's passage,it is significance to address the issues of reliance on manual and scattered operations for tunnel lining construction,which causes significant safety risks,inconsistent lining quality,and high economic costs.This paper relies on the Guiguang railway tunnel quality improvement project,combines the characteristics of the whole process of tunnel lining construction,and develops a complete set of mechanized,modular,and highly flexible tunnel lining construction equipment.Through field and tunnel tests,the rationality and practicability of the equipment have been verified.It has solved the challenges of mechanized construction for tunnel lining under various conditions and laid the equipment foundation for future tunnel maintenance and operation acceleration.
