"双碳"目标下绿色建筑关键技术在工程中的应用研究

实现"双碳"目标已成为世界各国应对气候变化的当务之急.在此背景下,发展绿色建筑已成为建筑业不可避免的趋势,有助于促进建筑业可持续发展,并为实现"碳达峰"和"碳中和"目标提供支持.本研究以中新天津生态城北方大数据交易中心工程项目为依托,开展"双碳"目标下的绿色建筑关键技术研究与应用,通过围护结构节能设计、海绵城市设计、电气系统设计、暖通工程设计及智能建造等关键技术应用,全力打造新型绿色、低碳、环保、智慧为一体的"都市之芯".
Research on the Application of Key Green Building Technologies Under the Dual-Carbon Target in Construction
Achieving the dual-carbon target has become an urgent global priority in addressing climate change.In this context,green building has emerged as an inevitable trend in the construction industry,contributing to the sustainable development of construction industry and providing support for achieving'carbon peak'and'carbon neutrality'goals.This study,based on the North Data Exchange Center project in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City,focuses on the research and application of key technologies for green building under the dual-carbon target.By incorporating key technologies such as energy-efficient structural design,specialized sponge city design,energy-efficient electrical systems,HVAC engineering design,and smart construction,we aim to create a new urban core that integrates green,low-carbon,environmentally friendly,and intelligent features.
