Study on Limiting Slope Scheme of Urumqi East Ring Railway Link Line
Along the link line of Urumqi East Ring Railway,the terrain is steep,the elevation difference is large,and the engineering geological conditions are complicated.Determining reasonable slope restrictions can provide guarantees for formulating route plans and optimizing project investment plans.A comprehensive analysis is conducted based on the terrain,economic volume,operation plan,locomotive traction quality,braking performance,engineering investment,operating cost and locomotive purchase cost of Urumqi East Ring Railway link line,and the recommended slope limitation scheme is determined through scheme comparison.From the perspective of engineering conditions and investment,the 13‰slope scheme has the obvious advantages of the shortest main line length,the least project investment and the lowest operating cost,and the study recommends the 13‰ slope limitation scheme.
