Research on Key Technologies for Planning High-Speed Maglev Railway Projects with a Speed of 600 km/h
The high-speed maglev railway is different from general railway because it is complicated and systematic, and it cannot be copied from the construction organization design specifications of general railways.Collecting a large amount of maglev railway data and conducting research, conclusions are drawn:slab track beams have more advantages in engineering planning than integral track beams;when the high-speed maglev tunnel is constructed using mining method, there is no essential difference from general tunnels, but equipment with an effective cross-sectional area greater than 120 m2 is required for excavation and support platforms;when the high-speed maglev tunnel is constructed using shield tunneling method,a large shield tunneling equipment with an outer diameter of 15.3 meters is required;project plan for integral track beams stator:the stator is assembled in the beam factory, and a final assembly workshop is set up in the beam factory. The main function of the final assembly workshop is to assemble the stator and functional components, and fix the assembled functional components on the beam through connecting parts;construction plan for stator of high-speed maglev slab track beam:the stator is assembled in the track slab prefabrication yard, and a stator assembly workshop is set up in the track slab prefabrication yard to assemble the stator core, functional components, etc.,and anticorrosive paint is applied on the functional components;project plan for high-speed maglev three-phase coils:the coils are not installed in the prefabrication factory, and the coils are generally installed on construction site using stator coil laying vehicles. The high-speed maglev low rise track beam requires the installation of functional area and stator. It is recommended to produce the track beam in the integrated track beam prefabrication yard or track slab prefabrication yard, and install the functional area and stator in the final assembly workshop. The research results can provide reference and broaden ideas for the planning of high-speed maglev railway projects.
