Experimental Study on Preparation of Green High-Performance Concrete by Quaternary Admixture
The mix optimization was based on Reactive Powder Self-compacting Concrete(RPC-SCC).Using river sand instead of quartz sand:by using dense packing theory, the mixing ratio of river sand to reach the maximum dense state was tried out as(0.15-0.3)mm:(0.3-0.6)mm:(0.6-1.18)mm =0.18:0.42:0.4.The absolute volume method was used to design the mixture ratio,in which the limestone powder was used to replace the quartz powder in the benchmark ratio, and the metakaolin was used to replace the silica fume, fly ash and mineral powder were mixed to replace part of cement.Using the ordinary concrete curing technology(temperature 20℃±1℃,relative humidity>95%),the green high-performance concrete with cement content of 40.88%,slump expansion of 660 mm,28 d standard curing strength of 106.9 MPa was obtained.
