地铁车辆段上盖TOD项目综合开发一体化研究

为坚持"以人为本"的发展理念,拓展城市空间、优化城市形态、提升城市形象品质、保障市民便捷出行、营造舒适人居环境,车辆段上盖综合开发一体化将成为我国轨道交通研究的重要方向之一,对充分挖掘地铁车辆段用地的综合利用潜力、提升土地商业价值等方面具有重大意义.本文通过对重庆市南岸四公里车辆段TOD项目分析,从空间布局、交通规划、景观布置、减震降噪、投资费用增加等多方面进行综合研究,在满足地铁车辆段功能的基础上实现车辆段上盖的综合有效利用,提出了相关问题的解决途径,为未来相关地铁车辆段上盖进行TOD综合开发的工程实践提供有效参考.
Research on Integrated Development of TOD Projects with Overlying Structures on Metro Depots
In order to adhere to a human-centered development philosophy,expand urban space,optimize urban form,improve the quality of urban image,ensure convenient travel for citizens,and create a comfortable living environment,the integrated development of overlying structures on metro depots will become an important direction in the research of rail transit in China.It holds significant implications for fully tapping into the comprehensive utilization potential of metro depot land and increasing the commercial value of the land.This article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the TOD project in the four-kilometer metro depot in Nanan District,Chongqing,including spatial layout,transportation planning,landscape design,noise reduction,and increased investment costs.By satisfying the functionality of the metro depot,it proposes approaches to effectively utilize the overlying structures,providing valuable insights for future engineering practices in the TOD comprehensive development of related metro depots.
