高铁施工建设日渐趋于机械化、自动化和智能化,其中在接触网H型支柱组立施工过程中,传统安装方法以人工为主,人员劳动强度大,工作效率低,且需高空作业存在安全风险.为此,介绍了一种自动化支柱组立装备,能够实现自动化安装,其主要由智能底座、基础底盘、机械臂、机械夹爪、机器视觉引导系统、电气控制系统、液压系统等组成.经过稳定性计算、极限倾覆实验、功能性测试以及现场测试,结果表明:设备能提高工作效率,适应施工现场复杂多变的作业环境,满足施工现场工况需求.
Research on H-Shaped Pillar Assembly Equipment of High-Speed Railway Contact Network
The construction of high-speed railway increasingly tends to be mechanized,automated and intelligent.In the construction process of contact net H-shaped pillar assembly,the traditional installation method is mainly manual with high labor intensity and low work efficiency,and the high-altitude operations poses safety risks.Therefore,this article introduces an automated pillar assembly equipment that can achieve automated installation.The equipment mainly consists of smart base,basic chassis,mechanical arm,mechanical gripper,machine vision guidance system,electric control system and hydraulic system.The results of stability calculations,overturning experiments,function test,and on-site testing indicate that the equipment can improve work efficiency,adapt to the complex and ever-changing working environment of the construction site,and meet the requirements of the construction site working conditions.
