Design Method and Application of Fractured Rock Mass Tunnel Blasting
Drilling and blasting excavation is one of the important methods of tunnel engineering excavation,and the natural rock body endowed with many joints and fissures,which will have a serious impact on the quality of tunnel blasting,the current design method of tunnel blasting is still based on empirical method,and lacks of consideration for joints and fissures.In this paper,a new type of geological scanner is used to determine the fissure and study the fissure rock tunnel blasting design method,including the arrangement of the borehole,charge calculation,detonation mode selection,etc.Moreover,the DK142+201.3 upper step of Huajiashan Tunnel is taken as a test section for the field application to verify the feasibility and validity of the design method.The field test results show that the tunnel blasting design method proposed in this paper for fissured rock body can improve the blasting effect,reduce the impact of blasting on the surrounding environment,and provide reference for similar projects.
