Study on the Determination of the Pre-Lift Amount of Arch Ring Elevation at Arbitrary Temperature
In view of the problem that the cantilever of a large span reinforced concrete arch bridge is affected by the ambient temperature in the process of cantilever casting, the standing mold elevation of the arch ring often needs to be released when the temperature is stable. In view of this, this paper derives a paradigm for the elevation pre-lift amount of the arch ring at any temperature based on the law of work equivalence to ensure that the arch ring alignment reaches the design alignment.Taking the Yashiqing Bridge with a net span of 200 m as the engineering background,by substituting the temperature data monitored on site into the derived formula, the standing mold elevation of the arch ring to be released at any temperature on site is derived, and the arch ring alignment monitored on site is compared with the design alignment. The results show that the maximum error is only 1.1%when the monitored arch axis of the main arch ring after its closure is compared with the design arch axis considering the pre-arch degree, and the maximum difference in elevation is 1.3 cm,which verifies the correctness of the proposed formula for the elevation pre-lift amount of the arch ring under the consideration of arbitrary temperature and the reasonableness of the derivation process, and can provide theoretical reference for the subsequent researchers.
