Construction Technology and Innovation of Steel Box Arch Bridges Adjacent to High-Speed Railways and Crossing Highways in Cold Climate
Taking the 112.5-meter steel box arch bridge of the Huanggu Super Major Bridge on the Beijing-Xiong'an Intercity Railway as the engineering background,the construction technology of steel box arch bridge in cold climate close to high-speed railway and spanning highway is studied to solve the problems of the bridge spanning the Beijing-Kaifeng Expressway,the Beijing-Kaifeng Auxiliary Road,and adjacent to the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway,as well as the inability to cut off existing roads,complex surrounding environment,welding operations of steel box arch in cold climate,high arch rib heights,ensuring controlled deformation of steel box arch,and correcting the deviation of steel box arch through jacking,etc.A set of walking-type jacking construction schemes for spanning multiple lanes of busy urban highways are proposed,forming a set of welding control measures for steel box arch bridge in cold climate,applying a set of construction methods of unilateral hoisting adjacent to existing operating high-speed railway bridges,and innovatively proposing and implementing a set of walking-type jacking plane overall torsion intelligent correction technology for steel box arch bridge.An innovative BIM 5D-based real-time jacking structure synchronization space-time warning method is proposed and applied.Field practice has shown that the use of these technologies has ensured the construction quality and safety of the steel box arch bridge,and has been well received by all parties involved in the construction.The relevant experience is worth learning from.
