利用架桥机拆除跨既有线悬臂挂锚梁桥技术研究

对于横跨航道、铁路、公路等桥梁,为不影响下方通行,拆除重建大都比较困难,特别是对于大跨度桥梁,如何安全、高效拆除,是值得研究的课题.为此,结合位于株洲繁华市区跨越9 股道的新华桥拆除重建工程,对利用架桥机来拆除跨既有线悬臂挂锚梁桥的相关技术进行了研究,结果表明:将既有架桥机前支腿改造为左右独立伸缩的分体支腿,使架桥机左右分体支腿分别运行于高差达2.8m的盖梁顶和梁面,解决了架桥机无法横向移动问题;调整重心轴线与吊装重心线的吊具设计,是一种创新,保证了梁体的吊装稳定性;利用经改造后的架桥机来拆除跨既有线悬臂挂锚梁桥,比原定工期节约了40 d,是一种安全、经济、高效的桥梁拆除方法,相关经验值得借鉴.
Research on the Technology of Using Bridge Erecting Machine for Dismantling Cantilever Anchored Beam Bridges Across Existing Lines
For bridges across waterways,railways,highways,etc.,in order not to affect the passage below,it is difficult to dismantle and rebuild most of them.Especially for long-span bridges,how to dismantle safely and efficiently is a topic worth studying.Therefore,combined with the demolition and reconstruction project of Xinhua Bridge,which is located in the bustling downtown of Zhuzhou and spans 9 tracks,the relevant technology of using bridge erecting machine to dismantle cantilever anchored beam bridge across the existing line is studied.Results show that the existing front legs of the bridge erecting machine are transformed into separate legs with left and right independent expansion,so that the left and right separate legs of the bridge erecting machine run on the top of the beam and the surface of the beam with a height difference of 2.8 m,which solves the problem that the bridge erecting machine cannot move horizontally.It is an innovation to adjust the center of gravity axis and lifting center of gravity line to ensure the stability of the beam body.Using the modified bridge erecting machine to remove the cantilever anchored beam bridge across the existing line,it saves 40 d than the original construction period,and is a safe,economic and efficient method of bridge removal,and the relevant experience is worth learning.
