Research on Key Technologies for Hoisting Steel Box Girders in the Steel-Concrete Section of the Liujing Yu River Grand Bridge
The Nanyu Railway Liujing Yu River Grand Bridge adopts a(41+109+320+109+41)m steel-concrete partial cable-stayed bridge to span the main channel of the Yu River. The main girder is composed of the concrete beam,steel-concrete combined section, and steel box girder.Since the steel-concrete combined section is located in the middle of the channel, the traditional bracket method can't be used for construction, and the cantilever pouring construction technology needs to be used. This paper conducted scheme design and research on the steel-concrete section based on the characteristics of the project, and innovated the hoisting construction technology for the steel box girder in the steel-concrete section.By transforming the bridge fabrication machine used in the construction of the large section into a bridge deck crane, two 450 t intelligent continuous jacks were used to realize the simultaneous lifting of steel girders.Meanwhile, the crane was equipped with vertical and horizontal adjustment functions, and adjustable slings were developed to achieve precise positioning before and after hosting the steel girder. The positioning accuracy was high, and the construction was safe, fast, and efficient.
