城市综合管廊上跨浅埋地铁穿插既有盾构井施工技术研究

管廊穿插地铁施工,拆除工程、基坑支护、结构安全等困难复杂,施工质量要求极高.以南京南部新城综合管廊的复建段为工程依托,分析在上跨浅埋地铁、拆除地铁部分盾构井、地基承载力不均匀、邻近道路和楼盘基坑的同时还要面对原管廊的各种干扰.周边工程结构繁杂、作业空间有限的情况下,通过充分利用原地铁部分盾构井完善基坑支护,优化结构形式规避结构冲突,采用软硬地基处理过渡等措施,保障了地铁工程、道路工程、房建工程和管廊工程本身的安全质量及进度.在满足不同类型工程的技术要求,尽可能优化施工设计上本文给予了行之有效的解决方法,为类似地下工程提供可借鉴实例.
Study on the Construction Technology of Shield-Driven Shaft Inserted by Shallow-Buried Subway over Urban Comprehensive Tunnel
The construction of tube gallery interspersed with subway,such as demolition project,foundation pit support and structure safety,is difficult and complicated,and the requirements for construction quality are extremely high.This paper is based on the reconstruction section of the comprehensive pipe corridor of the new city in the south of Nanjing,it is analyzed that there are many kinds of interference in the tube gallery,such as over-span shallow subway,demolishing part of shield tunnel,uneven bearing capacity of foundation,adjacent road and foundation pit of building.In the case of complicated surrounding engineering structure and limited working space,the foundation pit support should be improved by making full use of some shield wells in the original subway,and the structural form should be optimized to avoid structural conflicts,the safety quality and progress of subway engineering,road engineering,building engineering and pipe gallery engineering are ensured by adopting the measures of soft and hard foundation treatment.In order to meet the technical requirements of different types of projects and optimize the construction design as far as possible,this paper provides effective solutions for similar underground projects,which can be used for reference.
