Research on the Impact of Double Line Shield Tunnel Construction on Adjacent Oil Pipeline
Based on the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element numerical analysis method, the entire process of shield tunneling construction for the double track underpass of the Beikun oil pipeline in the section from Foziling Station to East Railway Station of Nanning Rail Transit Metro Line 1 was simulated.By comparing and analyzing with measured data, the vertical displacement and stress changes of the oil pipeline during the construction process were revealed. The research results indicate that the settlement shape of the oil pipeline basically conforms to the Peck normal distribution curve of the soil after shield tunneling construction;when constructing the oil pipeline directly above the left tunnel, the settlement rate of the oil pipeline is the fastest;the impact of shield tunneling on the oil pipeline directly above the right tunnel is greater than that on the oil pipeline directly above the left tunnel;the stress impact on the oil pipeline is also concentrated in the shield tunneling construction process directly below the oil pipeline. Therefore, when shield tunneling construction is located directly below the oil pipeline, the lining speed should be appropriately accelerated, and the vertical displacement monitoring of adjacent soil layers should be strengthened to ensure the safety of shield tunneling construction.
