基于新型固定辅助平台的隔震橡胶支座安装技术研究

为解决隔震橡胶支座安装过程中支座难以定位、支座偏移等问题,以官渡区人民医院迁建项目为研究背景,提出一种基于新型固定辅助平台的隔振橡胶支座安装方法,固定辅助平台集调整预埋板轴线位置、倾斜度、高度以及充当底模等功能于一体,采用限位平台对隔震支座的上预埋板、下预埋板进行定位安装.实践表明,新型固定辅助平台可有效提升隔震支座预埋板的安装效率与安装精度,支座偏位问题得到有效解决,该工艺已成功申请专利并得到推广应用.
Research on the Installation Technology of Rubber Isolation Bearings Based on a New Fixed Auxiliary Platform
In order to solve the problems of difficult positioning and displacement for the rubber isolation bearings during the installation process,a new installation method based on a fixed auxiliary platform is proposed,taking the relocation project of Guandu District People's Hospital as the research background.The fixed auxiliary platform integrates functions such as adjusting the axis position,inclination,height,and serving as the bottom formwork.A limit platform is used to adjust the upper embedded plate and the lower embedded plate for positioning and installation.Practice has shown that the new fixed auxiliary platform can effectively improve the installation efficiency and accuracy of the embedded plate,and the problem of bearing misalignment has been effectively solved.This process has successfully applied for a patent and has been promoted and applied.
