吸力筒导管架智能负压沉贯施工技术

近年来,海上风电施工海域逐步向外海化、深水化方向发展,海上风电固定式基础结构形式也从单桩结构向导管架式结构发展.吸力筒式导管架是其中的一种新型海上风电基础结构,而吸力筒基础的沉贯是导管架式结构施工的关键工序.结合某海上风电项目吸力筒导管架基础沉贯施工的实例,选用了一种新型智能负压机,对新型智能负压机系统的工作原理、工艺流程、系统组成、管线布置、系统安装、具体沉贯操作、完成后的系统回收进行了重点论述,在实践中取得了9h即安装完成一台吸力筒导管架的成绩,为后续智能负压机在海上风电基础施工中大规模推广打下了良好的基础.
Intelligent Negative Pressure Sinking Construction Technology for Suction Tube Jacket
In recent years,the offshore wind power construction area has gradually developed in the direction of offshore and deep-water construction,and the fixed infrastructure form of offshore wind power has also developed from a monopile structure to a pipe frame structure.The suction tube jacket is one of the new offshore wind power infrastructures,and the sinking of the suction tube foundation is the key process in the construction of the tube jacket structure.Combined with the example of the foundation sinking construction of the suction tube jacket of an offshore wind power project,a new type of intelligent negative pressure machine was selected,and the working principle,process flow,system composition,pipeline layout,system installation,specific sinking operation,and system recovery after completion of the new intelligent negative pressure machine system were emphatically discussed.In practice,it has achieved good results of installing a suction tube jacket in 9 hours,which has laid a good foundation for the subsequent large-scale promotion of intelligent negative pressure machines in offshore wind power foundation construction.
