Investigation and Disposal of Accident Causes in Limited Space Operation
This article combines the limited space operation accidents that occurred in Anhui Province from 2016 to 2020 to analyze and summarize the data related to industries,accident occurrence time,triggering factors,and other factors,and also conducts statistical analysis on the causal factors,patterns,prominent problems,and other elements of the accidents.Based on a comprehensive analysis of multiple factors that contribute to the occurrence of space environmental accidents,it is concluded that poisoning and suffocation are the primary causes of accidents in limited space operations.The susceptible season is in spring and summer;the main cause of the accident is unsafe human behavior.In response to the research findings,it is proposed that the management of safe operations in limited spaces should mainly be based on human factors,with a focus on strengthening the ideological establishment of safety management and supplemented by adequate investment in safety measures.It is of great significance to effectively organize the safe evacuation of personnel and reduce personnel protection in limited space accidents such as transportation,electricity,heat,and warehousing.It also provides theoretical support and operational suggestions for strengthening the management of safe working environment in limited spaces such as underground rail transit engineering.
