盾构隧道施工水压实时监测技术及试验验证

为解决盾构施工期水压实时监测困难的问题,自主研发出可集成于盾体的水压监测装置,并设计一套用于测试该装置性能的室内试验系统,对水压监测装置的密封性、耐压性、灵敏性、准确性和抗淤堵性等基本性能指标进行测试.结果表明:在1.25 MPa高水压条件下,在试验荷载施加过程中,盾体水压监测装置未出现渗漏水现象,密封性良好,可保持正常工作状态,具有良好的耐压性;随地层水压逐级变化,装置反应灵敏且读数误差均小于3%;在高粘度泥浆和粘土条件下,装置未出现淤堵问题,抗淤堵性能优良.该装置的各项性能指标均可满足盾构隧道施工对水压监测的需要,可为今后同类工程的施工期水压监测提供技术支持.
Dynamic Monitoring Technology and Experimental Verification of Water Pressure in Shield Tunnel Construction
In order to solve the difficulty of real-time monitoring of water pressure during shield construction,a water pressure monitoring device that can be integrated in the shield body is independently developed.In addition,a set of indoor test system for testing the performance of the device is designed,and the basic performance indicators of the water pressure monitoring device such as tightness,pressure resistance,sensitivity,accuracy and anti-blockage are tested.The results show that the water pressure monitoring device has not occurred leakage phenomenon during the test load application and it has a good sealing.Under the high water pressure condition of 1.25 MPa,the device can maintain the normal working state and it has good pressure resistance.As the water pressure load changes step by step,the device is sensitive and the reading error is less than 3%.In the condition of high viscosity slurry and clay,the device does not have the blockage problem,and the anti-blockage is excellent.All the performance indexes of the device can meet the need of water pressure monitoring in shield tunnel construction,and can provide technical support for water pressure monitoring during the construction of similar projects in the future.
