Study on the Wear Resistance Problem of Cutter Head and Large Ring in Long-Distance Hard Rock Formation Excavation of Slurry Shield
In order to promote regional economic integration and strengthen inter-city resource allocation and industrial cooperation, the construction of large-diameter and long-distance intercity railways in the relatively economically developed South China region is gradually increasing.Taking the long-distance cross-sea tunnel project in the machine front section of the Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen intercity railway as an example, the engineering geology is dominated by full-section hard rock, and there are few similar projects that can be used for reference.Based on this, the paper focuses on the wear problem of cutter head and large ring in long-distance hard rock formation excavation of large diameter slurry shield, analyzes the wear formation mechanism, and puts forward the disposal scheme and pre-control measures, aiming to provide a technical reference for the construction of more and more long-distance hard rock shield tunnels with large-section of similar intercity railways.
