大直径泥水盾构带压滚刀闸门常压更换技术研究

大直径泥水盾构在掘进过程中受不良地质影响,滚刀等刀具及闸门极易造成损伤,大幅制约施工效率,如何更换闸门是当前施工面临的工程难题.基于此,本文在现有滚刀刀具刀筒更换技术基础上,创新提出一种带压滚刀闸门常压更换技术,并系统阐述该技术基本原理与作业要点.以在建芜湖城南过江通道工程为例,针对过江通道江中段的上软下硬复合地层及工程所面临的特有难点,阐述分析带压滚刀闸门常压更换技术具体操作流程及其技术优势,实现了国产盾构常压环境下更换滚刀闸门的技术突破,大幅节省了换刀时间,确保了施工顺利进行.
Research on Atmospheric Pressure Replacement Technology of Large-Diameter Slurry Shield with Pressurized Hob Gates
Large-diameter slurry shield in the excavation process by the influence of bad ground,hob and other tools and gates are very easy to cause damage,greatly restricting the construction efficiency,how to replace the gate after the gate damage is the current construction of the engineering problems faced.This paper addresses this issue,on the basis of the existing hob cutter tool barrel replacement technology,puts forward a pressurized hob gate atmospheric pressure replacement technology,and introduces the basic principle of the technology and the main points of operation.Then,taking the under-construction Wuhu City South River Crossing Project as an example,for the composite stratum of the middle section of the river crossing,such as upper soft and lower hard and the unique engineering difficulties faced by the project,it elaborates on the specific operation steps of the atmospheric pressure replacement technology of the hob gate with pressure and its technological advantages,and realizes the technological breakthrough of the replacement of the hob gate under the atmospheric pressure of the domestic shield structure,which greatly saves the time of changing the cutter and ensures the smooth progress of the construction.
