大直径泥水盾构穿越细颗粒地层泥水分离设备改造技术

大直径泥水盾构在细颗粒含量较高的地层中掘进时泥水设备难以最大限度分离渣土,从而导致废浆量大、携渣不畅,严重制约掘进效率,这是当前泥水盾构施工中的一大难题.本文以芜湖城南过江隧道工程为背景,系统介绍右线盾构隧道泥水分离设备改造方法及其应用效果.通过对设备原理与施工过程分析,提出两阶段改造措施,并针对性地改进二级旋流器等设备,使得废浆量大幅减少,盾构机在粉细砂地层的掘进效率由最初8m/d提升至14~16 m/d,掘进效率大幅提升,经济效益显著.
Reconstruction Technology of Mud-Water Separation Equipment for Large Diameter Slurry Shield Traversing the Fine-Grained Stratum
It is difficult for the mud-water equipment to separate the residue to the maximum extent when the large-diameter mud-water shield is excavated in the stratum with high fine particle content,which leads to a large amount of waste slurry and poor slag carrying,and seriously restricts the tunneling efficiency.It is a significant problem in the construction of mud-water shield.Based on the Wuhu Chengnan Crossing River tunnel project,this paper mainly introduces the reconstruction method and application effect of the mud-water separation equipment in the right line shield tunnel.Through the analysis of the equipment principle and construction process,two-stage transformation measures are proposed for targeted improvement of the two-stage cyclone and other equipment,the amount of waste pulp is greatly reduced,and the tunneling efficiency of the shield machine in the silty sand formation is increased from the initial 8 meters/day to 14-16 meters/day,which greatly improves the tunneling efficiency and obtains significant economic benefits.
