摘要

随着《交通强国建设纲要》和"双碳"国家重大战略的实施,建设行业必然发生一场广泛深刻的经济社会变革.修建智慧道路、低碳道路是道路行业的必然选择,是实现绿色低碳高质量发展的必经之路.本文依托济潍高速公路项目施工所采取的智慧技术、低碳技术进行研究,分析总结实现主动融雪、隧道不降速通行技术原理;通过试验数据自动化采集、质量追溯体系数字化和施工过程智能化,加强了质量控制,实现了智能化减人;植物毯边坡、光伏边坡一体化应用均为减碳提供了相应思路.济潍高速公路低碳智慧技术的成功实施可为类似项目提供有益借鉴.

Abstract

With the implementation of the Outline for Building a Powerful Transportation Nation and the major dual-carbon national strategy,the construction industry will inevitably undergo a broad and profound economic and social change.Building smart roads and low-carbon roads is an inevitable choice for the road industry and the only way to achieve green,low-carbon and high-quality development.Relying on the smart technology and low-carbon technology adopted in the construction of the Jinan-Weifang Expressway,research has been carried out to analyze and summarize the technical principles for achieving active snow melting and non-speed reduction in tunnels.Through automated collection of test data,digitization of the quality traceability system and intelligentization of the construction process,quality control has been strengthened and intelligent manpower reduction has been achieved.The integrated application of plant blanket slopes and photovoltaic slopes provides corresponding ideas for carbon reduction.The successful implementation of low-carbon smart technology on the Jinan-Weifang Expressway provides a useful reference for similar projects.
