Research on Alignment Control of Long-Span High-Speed Railway Bridge Considering Construction Uncertainty
For the long-span high-speed railway bridge with a design speed of 350 km per hour, the research and setting of the reasonable pre-camber is a crucial step to ensure the performance of railway operation. However, considering the negative effects of construction errors, such as concrete over-square,curing humidity change and prestress loss,it will cause the actual pre-camber of the bridge may significantly deviate from the theoretical calculation value.Under this circumstance,it will further lead to the alignment of the bridge cannot satisfy with the design requirements. To solve this problem, based on the engineering background of(72+72)m prestressed concrete T structure across Qingfu Line of Fuyang-Huainan Railway, this paper focuses on the pre-camber setting of long-span high-speed railway bridge under construction uncertainties.Through in-depth analysis of the influence laws of different design parameter errors on bridge alignment, important technical support will be provided for the pre-camber setting and alignment control of long-span bridges.
