钢结构的腐蚀病害是钢结构桥梁常见病害,防腐涂装技术是目前解决钢桥腐蚀的主要措施.钢桥的防腐涂装是高空作业,施工技术和工艺对涂装质量影响较大.东营胜利黄河大桥主桥桥塔呈H形,总高69.6 m,桥塔外侧为钢结构,内侧为钢筋混凝土结构.上塔柱为有索区,中下塔柱为无索区.因桥梁运营时间较长,且受自然环境影响,主塔表面原涂装脱落和锈蚀严重,影响桥塔结构耐久性和外观质量,需对桥塔重新进行防腐处理.本文依托东营胜利黄河大桥主塔防腐涂装工程,为保证桥塔防腐涂装施工质量、提高施工作业安全性,结合桥塔结构特征和所处地理环境,系统总结防腐涂装施工关键工艺,设计出一种封闭的涂装施工平台以减少恶劣天气对施工的不利影响,并提出桥塔防腐涂装的技术要点和注意事项,可为同类高空防腐涂装作业提供借鉴和经验.
Construction Technology of Anti-Corrosion Coating for Main Tower of Shengli Yellow River Bridge
Corrosion of steel structure is a common disease,and anti-corrosion coating technology is the main measure of solving steel bridge corrosion.The construction technology and process has a great impact on the coating quality because the anti-corrosion coating of steel bridge is work at height.The main pylon of the Shengli Yellow River Bridge is a H-shaped tower,with the total height of 69.6 m.The cross section of the bridge tower is composed of steel structure on the outside,and reinforced concrete filled inside.Cables are only anchored on the upper part of the tower,while the middle and the lower part is cable-free.As the bridge has been in operation for a long time,it is affected by the surrounding environment,and the surface of the main tower is seriously corroded,which affects the durability and appearance of the bridge tower.Therefore,the bridge tower needs to be retreated with anti-corrosion measures.In order to ensure the construction quality of the anti-corrosion painting procedure for the bridge tower and to improve the safety during construction,the key technology of the anticorrosive painting procedure is systematically summarized in this paper based on the anticorrosive painting project for the main tower of the Dongying Shengli Yellow River Bridge.The structural characteristics of the bridge tower and the geographical environment under study are comprehensively considered.Meanwhile,a closed painting construction platform is designed to reduce the negative effects of bad weather on construction.The technical points and precautions of the anti-corrosion coating for bridge tower are also put forward.The results of this paper can provide reference for similar projects.
