外包钢壳钢-混组合拱形索塔施工关键技术研究

集结大桥主塔为"鱼跃式"拱形索塔,采用外包钢壳钢-混组合结构,满足城市桥梁造型美学效果及结构受力需求.为满足施工需求,根据设计要求,施工中借鉴现有索塔拼装施工方法,总结出一套针对外包钢壳的钢-混组合拱形索塔塔吊法施工的钢壳节段安装技术、索塔线形监控技术、索鞍定位技术以及拱形索塔临时支撑工艺措施,可为今后类似异型钢-混组合桥塔采用塔吊法节段安装施工提供一套有效途径,为异型索塔拼装施工提供参考.
Research on Key Construction technology of Steel-Concrete Composite Arch Tower with Outer Steel Shell
The main tower of Jijie Bridge is a'diving'arch shaped cable tower,which adopts the steel shell steel-mixed composite structure to meet the needs of urban bridge aesthetic shape and structural stress.In order to meet the construction needs,according to the design requirements,the existing construction methods of cable tower assembly were used for reference in the construction,and a set of construction methods of steel shell segment installation technology,cable tower line monitoring technology,cable saddle positioning technology and temporary support technical measures of arch cable tower for steel-concrete composite arch cable tower crane with outer steel shell using tower crane method were summarized.It can provide a set of effective ways for the construction of similar special-shaped steel composite bridge tower by tower crane method,and provide a reference for the construction of special-shaped cable tower assembly.
