风化泥岩地层隧道围岩稳定及质量控制

泥岩地层具有饱水软化、脱水风化开裂的工程特性,在泥岩地层进行隧道施工极易引发围岩失稳,给施工进度和施工安全带来极大挑战.本文首先通过单轴和三轴等室内力学试验获取泥岩的物理力学参数,再对现场采用的红外探水和TST超前地质预报监测方案和实用性进行分析;然后基于泥岩力学试验结果和支护结构对泥岩隧道开挖围岩稳定性进行数值模拟,并分析管棚对围岩稳定的控制效果;最后结合围岩压力和钢架应变监测结果对现场围岩稳定进行验证与评价.结果表明,围岩压力值稳定在20.50 kPa附近,而钢架应变则保持在260 左右,现场采取的泥岩地层控制措施有效.研究结果可为泥岩及类似地层的隧道围岩稳定控制技术提供参考.
Stability and Quality Control of Tunnel Surrounding Rock in Weathered Mudstone Stratum
Mudstone stratum has the engineering characteristics of water-saturated softening and crushing for lacking water.Tunnel construction in mudstone stratum is easy to cause surrounding rock instability,which brings great challenges to construction schedule and construction safety.Firstly,the physical and mechanical parameters of mudstone were obtained through uniaxial and triaxial mechanical tests.Secondly,the monitoring scheme and practicability of infrared water detection and TST advanced geological forecast adopted in the field were analyzed.Then,based on the results of mudstone mechanical test and the support structure of mudstone stratum,the numerical calculation of surrounding rock stability of mudstone tunnel excavation was carried out and the control effect of pipe shed on surrounding rock stability was analyzed.Finally,the stability of surrounding rock was verified and evaluated by monitoring the pressure of surrounding rock and the strain of steel frame.The results show that the pressure of surrounding rock is stable around 20.50 kPa,while the strain of steel frame is about 260.The mudstone formation control measures adopted in the field are effective.The research results can provide reference for the stability control technology of tunnel surrounding rock in mudstone and similar strata.
