都市圈市域(郊)铁路高质量发展路径研究

摘要
本文从市域(郊)铁路规划、建设以及运营等角度深入总结我国市域(郊)铁路的发展现状,并分析市域(郊)铁路发展过程所存在的问题.基于此,提出都市圈市域(郊)铁路高质量发展路径,即协同融合、经济高效规划路径,功能合理、财务持续建设路径,互联互通、多元共享运营路径以及体制保障、标准共建政策路径.通过四条路径协同发展,为下一阶段我国都市圈市域(郊)铁路的发展提供一定参考价值,助力都市圈综合交通体系高质量发展.
Abstract
This paper summarized the development status of China's urban(suburban)railways from the perspectives of planning,construction and operation,and analyzed the problems existing in the development process.Based on this,this paper put forward the high-quality development path of urban(suburban)railways in the metropolitan area,mainly including:collaborative integration,cost-effective planning path,rational function,financial sustainable construction path,interconnection diversified sharing operation path and system guarantee,standard co-construction policy path.Through the coordinated development of the four paths,it will provide certain reference value for the development of the urban(suburban)railway in the metropolitan area,and provide support for the high-quality development of the comprehensive transportation system in the metropolitan area.
