北京市郊铁路节约型到发场布置及通过能力研究

为加快推动都市圈市郊铁路发展,首选策略是利用既有铁路,如何既适应运输需求,又能尽量减少拆迁工程与改建工程量、减少用地,避免对既有线运营及周边环境造成较大干扰,是全线工程方案决策需要考虑的关键问题,也符合提高资源利用效率、加快资源利用方式根本转变的要求.文章着重研究如何在保证通过能力的前提下尽量减小到发场工程规模,为类似工程项目积累经验.基于图解法分析典型到发场通过能力,对计算参数进行重新选择和验证.计算模型不仅着眼于与目前成熟的通过能力计算理论对接,而且立足提高图解法的效率.经验证,在正常运营条件下,京郊铁路副中心线部分车站设置4 条到发线(含正线)、其他车站设置 2 条到发线(含正线)的方案,能够适应预测运量.
A Study on the Layout and Carrying Capacity of Economical Arrival and Departure Yards in Suburban Railways of Beijing
In order to accelerate the development of suburban railways,the preferred strategy is to utilize existing railways.How to adapt to the transportation needs while reducing the demolition and renovation projects,reduce land use,and avoiding significant interference with the operation of existing lines and the surrounding environment is a key issue that needs to be considered in the decision-making of the entire line engineering plan,and also meets the requirements of improving resource utilization efficiency and accelerating the fundamental transformation of resource utilization methods.The article focused on studying how to minimize the scale of arrival and departure yards while ensuring the throughput capacity,in order to accumulate experience for similar engineering projects.The article analyzed the passing capacity of typical arrival and departure yards based on graphic method,and re-selected and validated the calculation parameters.The calculation model focuses on not only aligning with the current mature calculation theory of throughput,but also improving the efficiency of graphic method.After verification,under normal operating conditions,the plan of setting up 4 arrival-departure tracks(including the main line)at some stations and setting up 2 arrival-departure tracks(including the main line)at other stations on the sub central line of the Beijing suburban railway,can adapt to the predicted traffic volume.
