隧道掘进机再制造关键技术研究

摘要
隧道掘进机作为高价值装备,市场保有量大,废弃面临巨大资源浪费,发展再制造势在必行.本文融合行业发展特点和铁建重工再制造产业化经验,分析了掘进机再制造过程及特点,阐述了掘进机再制造评估体系和再制造设计体系,介绍了拆解、清洗、修复、检测等再制造工艺体系,重点介绍了超大构件自动喷砂、精密环件激光熔覆、便携式修复加工、污染油液高效净化等关键技术,最后分析了再制造掘进机相对于新产品的经济效益和社会效益,剖析了限制发展隧道掘进机绿色再制造的客观问题,并提出了进一步推广的建设性意见.
Abstract
As a high-value equipment,tunnel boring machines(TBMs)have a large market share and face huge resource waste when abandoned.Therefore,it is necessary to develop remanufacture of TBMs.Based on industry development characteristics and the experience of China Railway Construction Heavy Industry industrialization,the remanufacturing process and characteristics were explained,then remanufacturing evaluation system and remanufacturing design system were elaborated.It was focused on key technologies such as automatic sandblasting of oversized components,precision ring laser cladding,portable repair processing,and efficient purification of contaminated oil,introducing the remanufacturing process system of disassembly and cleaning,repair,and inspection.Finally,the economic and social benefits of remanufacturing TBMs compared to new products were analyzed,objective issues limiting green remanufacturing of TBMs were analyzed,and constructive suggestions for further promotion were proposed.
