Research on Test Method of Multi-Motor Drive Consistency of Shield Tunneling Machine Based on Load Simulation
The multi-motor synchronous drive of the shield machine imposes stringent demands on the hydraulic motor's output consistency.In order to accurately assess and evaluate the output consistency of multiple new and old motors under load simulation conditions during maintenance or remanufacturing processes,a novel method for testing multi-motor consistency suitable for load simulation loading environments is proposed based on the main drive structure of a 6 m conventional hydraulic shield.The effectiveness of this test method is verified through the construction of a simulation analysis model,leading to the establishment of a corresponding multi-motor drive consistency test platform.Subsequently,comprehensive performance parameters including pressure,flow rate,output torque,and volumetric efficiency are compared and analyzed during the multi-motor drive consistency tests conducted on this platform.The results demonstrate excellent consistency in these aspects for the drive motors.
