Research on Automatic Spraying Process System of Release Agent for Tunnel Segments
In the production process of prefabricated tunnel segments,the release agent spraying process is an important process that can directly affect the appearance quality of tunnel segments.In order to ensure good release effect,it is necessary to ensure a uniform release agent coating effect in the inner cavity.With the transformation and upgrading of the prefabricated industry,automatic spraying systems are gradually replacing manual spraying operations.However,due to the late start and limited application experience of automatic spraying in this industry,there are still problems such as spraying sagging,liquid accumulation,and unsatisfactory film thickness.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the automatic spraying process system in order to fully leverage the true advantages of automatic spraying systems.This article first introduces the principle of air spray guns and the design of spraying systems.Secondly,the key parameters required for automated spraying technology research are extracted.Finally,during the experimental verification process,four research contents are carried out:basic process experiments,physical spraying experiments,standardization process of spraying operations,and continuous optimization,in order to achieve good appearance quality of tunnel segments.
