Design and Application of Project Progress Management System
The article designs a project management progress control system that fully considers the complexity of on-site management and the ease of system operation. This system incorporates cutting-edge functionalities such as the automatic identification of the critical path in construction progress, the dynamic adjustment of this path following the confirmation of construction tasks, and an autonomous alert mechanism for detecting and flagging any delays in the construction process.Through its deployment in various projects, the system has demonstrated its capability to effectively harness the file data from the widely-used progress management software,Microsoft Project,by automatically extracting task node information and thoroughly retrieving task components. This approach caters to the requirements of coordinated management of construction progress across different hierarchical levels and job roles, enabling real-time and dynamic oversight of project construction schedules.Consequently, the system markedly enhances the efficiency and facilitation of progress management.
