摘要
建筑工业化,作为目前建筑业的发展方向,希望通过现代化的管理和作业方式,替代传统建筑业手工生产方式,以期达到提高效率、降低成本、保证施工质量的目的,目前已经得到了广泛的推广应用,涉及房建、桥梁、隧道、钢结构等领域,但在装配式场道方面的研究及应用较少,还处于发展的初步阶段.本文基于装配式建造的思路,结合装配式机场道面板的研究,对装配式场道铺装工艺进行了深入研究,结合施工工艺,研制了专用的道面板精调装备,对装配式场道施工具有重要意义.
Abstract
The industrialization of construction,as the current development direction of the construction industry,aims to replace traditional manual production methods in the construction industry through modern management and operation methods,in order to improve efficiency,reduce costs,and ensure construction quality.Currently,it has been widely promoted and applied,involving fields such as housing,bridges,tunnels,steel structures,etc.However,there is relatively little research and application in the field of prefabricated tracks,it is still in the initial stage of development.This article is based on the concept of prefabricated construction,combined with the research on prefabricated airport runway panels,and conducts in-depth research on the paving process of prefabricated runway.Combined with the construction process,a specialized equipment for precise adjustment of runway panels has been developed,which is of great significance for prefabricated runway construction.
