摘要
超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的配制没有一个统一的、权威的计算公式可以使用.为了能够快速地得到C120UHPC的配比,通过先使用EMMA MIX Analyzer软件确定UHPC粉料的基础配比,然后通过测定无纤维胶砂流动性及胶砂试块强度试验,确定UHPC的实验室配合比.最后经试验验证发现,40 mm×40 mm×160 mm的无纤维胶砂试件强度与掺体积掺量2%钢纤维的100 mm×100 mm×100 mm标准试件的7d龄期与28d龄期强度均相近,28 d龄期强度均达到了130 MPa以上.该方法简单易操作,实用性强,可以为UHPC配比设计及实施配制人员提供一种新思路、新方法.
Abstract
The mix proportion design of Ultra-high Performance Concrete(UHPC)does not have a unified,authoritative formula to use.In order to get the proportion of C120UHPC quickly,the basic proportion was determined by EMMA MIX Analyzer,then the fluidity of non-fiber mortar and the strength test of mortar were carried out to determine the laboratory mix proportion for UHPC.At last,it was found that the strength of the non-fiber mortar specimen 40 mm×40 mm×160 mm is similar to that of the standard specimen 100 mm×100 mm×100 mm with 2%steel fiber by volume at 7 and 28 days of age,at the age of 28 days,the strength was over 130 MPa.The method is simple and practical,and can provide a new idea and new method for engineers and technicians who design and implement the mix proportion of UHPC.
