摘要

为研究PVA-ECC稳定碎石材料试验性能,对3 种不同级配PVA-ECC稳定碎石材料和1 种级配水泥稳定碎石材料的最佳含水率、最大干密度、无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、弯拉强度、抗压回弹模量、劈裂回弹模量、干缩系数、冻融强度损失、冲刷质量损失等技术指标进行了试验研究.试验结果表明:PVA-ECC稳定碎石材料在强度、刚度、抗冻性能方面优于普通水泥稳定碎石材料,作为道路基层用材具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract

In order to study the experimental performance of PVA-ECC stabilized macadam,3 different graded PVA-ECC stabilized macadam and 1 graded cement stabilized macadam were experimentally studied.These experimental indicators,such as the optimal moisture content,maximum dry density,unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,flexural strength,compressive resilient modulus,splitting resilient modulus,dry shrinkage coefficient,freeze-thaw strength loss,and erosion quality loss,were tested.The experimental results show that PVA-ECC stabilized macadam is superior to cement stabilized macadam in strength,stiffness,and frost resistance,and has good application prospects as a material for road base.
