铁路小半径曲线简支梁弯桥直作布置研究

在困难条件或限速条件下,铁路工程最小曲线半径分别为300 m(国铁)、150 m(市域铁路)、150 m(城市轨道交通),如采用桥梁工程,且必须采用简支梁结构时,则存在弯桥弯作或弯桥直作两种方式.弯桥弯作应用较多,但存在梁体构造须随曲线半径调整而调整、预应力钢束内外侧长度差异、倾覆风险、自重下弯扭效应等弊端,采取弯桥直作的方案值得探索研究.本文从几何关系入手,推导了弯桥直作方案梁宽、梁端梁缝及顶帽尺寸等关键参数的理论算法,给出了不同跨度简支梁在不同小曲线半径条件下弯桥直作的极限构造尺寸,验证了小曲线半径条件下简支梁弯桥直作的可行性.
Research on Straight Construction of Railway Small Radius Curved Simply Supported Beam Curved Bridge
Under difficult or speed limited conditions,the minimum curve radii of railway engineering are 300 m(national railway),150 m(municipal railway),and 150 m(subway),respectively.If bridge engineering is adopted and a simply supported beam structure must be used,there are two methods:curved bridge bending construction or curved bridge straight construction.There are many applications of curved bridge bending construction,but there are drawbacks such as the need to adjust the beam according to the curve radius,the difference in length between the inner and outer sides of the prestressed steel tendon,the risk of overturning,and the bending and torsion effect under self weight.The plan of adopting curved bridge straight construction is worth exploring and researching.Starting from the geometric relationship,this article derives the theoretical algorithm for key parameters such as beam width,beam end seam and top cap size in the straight construction of curved bridges.The ultimate construction dimensions of curved bridges with different spans of simply supported beams under different small curve radius conditions are given.This article verifies that it is feasible to straightly construct a simply supported beam curved bridge under the condition of small curve radius.
