"燕尾式"衬砌断面频繁转换下衬砌台车优化研究

为解决"燕尾式"隧道频繁切换断面尺寸、衬砌施工工序复杂、台车使用数量多的问题,以某新建山岭隧道工程为研究对象,综合分析隧道的衬砌结构布置形式,确定衬砌台车的类型及数量,设计出用于"燕尾式"超大断面隧道的衬砌台车优化组织方案,采用一体式调节宽度整体纵移式台车加宽加高方式实现衬砌台车尺寸的转换,并运用合理的工期安排实现同类型台车的错位周转.研究结果表明,优化后的衬砌台车施工方案减少了台车的定制数量,提高了设备的利用效率,实现了隧道掌子面的连续施工,直接节约造价289.3 万元.
Study on Optimization of Lining Trolley Under Frequent Conversion Cross-Section of Dovetail Type Tunnel
In order to solve the problems of frequent switching of section size,complex lining construction process,and large number of trolleys used in the dovetail type tunnel,a newly built mountain tunnel project was taken as the research object.The layout form of the tunnel lining structure was comprehensively analyzed,and the type and quantity of lining trolleys were determined.An optimized organization plan for lining trolleys used in super large section dovetail type tunnel was designed,adopting an integrated width adjustment and overall longitudinal displacement method to increase the width and height of the lining trolley,the size of the lining trolley can be converted,and a reasonable schedule can be used to achieve staggered turnover of the same type of trolley.The results indicate that the optimized lining trolley construction plan reduces the number of customized trolleys,improves equipment utilization efficiency,achieves continuous construction of tunnel face,and directly saves 2.893 million yuan in cost.
