传统的隧道二衬施工工艺受灌注方式、现场管理、实际条件等因素的影响,容易导致隧道二衬冲顶时混凝土无法在拱部空间充填密实,进而形成二衬结构在不同程度和范围内出现混凝土松散、衬砌背后空洞甚至衬砌结构厚度不足等情况.为解决隧道二衬传统施工工艺上存在的问题,依托老鼻山隧道工程,提出隧道二次衬砌拱顶混凝土纵向连续灌注技术和装备总体设计,新技术操作简单,安全可靠,能大幅度提高二衬拱顶混凝土浇筑施工质量,彻底解决了目前隧道工程普遍存在的二衬拱顶混凝土施工质量缺陷和红线问题.新技术在成昆铁路隧道施工中得到了广泛推广和应用,获得了高度的社会评价.
Construction Technology of Longitudinal Continuous Concrete Pouring for the Second Lining Arch Roof of Tunnel
The traditional construction technology of tunnel secondary lining is influenced by factors such as pouring method,site management and actual conditions,which can easily lead to the failure of concrete filling in the arch space when the tunnel secondary lining goes through the roof,then the two-liner structure is formed,and the concrete is loose,the cavity behind the lining is empty and the thickness of the lining structure is insufficient.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional construction technology of tunnel secondary lining,based on Laobishan Tunnel project,this paper puts forward the longitudinal continuous concrete pouring technology of tunnel secondary lining vault and the overall design of equipment,which is simple to operate,safe and reliable,can greatly improve the construction quality of the second-lined vault concrete,and completely solve the quality defects and red line problems of the second-lined vault concrete in tunnel engineering.The new technology has been widely applied in the construction of Chengdu-Kunming Railway tunnel and has gained high social evaluation.
