一上软下硬地层盾构漂移原因及控制措施

盾构机在砂砾土和泥岩组成的上软下硬地层中掘进时,盾构机及管片姿态控制难度大,盾构姿态偏差过大易导致盾构隧道偏离设计轴线,造成较大的安全隐患,如何快速安全纠偏至关重要.依托某地铁盾构隧道工程,分析盾构掘进过程盾构姿态漂移量大的原因,为降低盾构姿态偏差对管片的影响,提出盾构机超前抽土的方法,在盾构机前盾下方采用钻孔设备抽土,形成一定大小的空腔,配合千斤顶分区控制措施,成功使盾构机姿态漂移量调整至规定范围,最大纠偏量达120 mm,研究成果可为类似盾构机姿态漂移控制提供借鉴.
Causes and Control Measures of Shield Drift in an Upper Soft and Lower Hard Strata
When the shield machine is tunneling in the upper soft and lower hard strata composed of gravel soil and mudstone,it is difficult to control the attitude of the shield machine and the segment.Excessive deviation of the shield attitude can easily lead to the deviation of the shield tunnel from the design axis,resulting in greater safety hazards.How to correct the deviation quickly and safely is very important.Based on a subway shield tunnel project,this study analyzes the reasons for the large amount of shield attitude drift during shield tunneling.In order to reduce the influence of shield attitude deviation on the segment,a method of advanced soil extraction by shield machine is proposed.The drilling equipment is used to extract the soil under the front shield of the shield machine to form a certain size cavity.With the jack zoning control measures,the attitude drift of the shield machine is successfully adjusted to the specified range,and the maximum correction amount is 120 mm.The research results can provide reference for similar shield machine attitude drift control.
