气泡混合轻质土在特大桥桥头路基填筑中的应用研究

依托某特大桥桥头路基气泡混合轻质土填筑典型工程案例,研究了气泡混合轻质土填筑施工准备阶段、配合比设计、输送、浇筑、养护等各工序技术要点,测试分析了气泡混合轻质土填筑效果.结果表明:气泡群掺量对气泡混合轻质土流动度影响较大,对于湿容重W6 级、强度CF0.8 级的有泵送要求的气泡混合轻质土施工配合比,可按每方采用水泥350 kg、水215 kg、气泡群672.1 L确定;最佳经济泵送距离为100 m以内;气泡混合轻质土分层分块填筑,泵送管的出料口与填筑面保持水平,减少扰动消泡;纵坡、横坡等斜面部位,采用台阶填筑形式,由路面基层调平;气泡混合轻质土填筑段最大沉降量约16.6 mm,约为普通土填筑路基最大沉降量的27%,显著改善桥头路段行车平稳性.
Research on the Application of Bubble Mixed Lightweight Soil in the Filling of Roadbed at the Head of a Super Large Bridge
Based on a typical engineering case of filling the roadbed with bubble mixed lightweight soil at the bridgehead of an extra large bridge,this paper studies the technical points of various processes such as construction preparation stage,mix design,transportation,pouring,and maintenance of bubble mixed lightweight soil filling,and tests and analyzes the filling effect of bubble mixed lightweight soil.The results show that the content of bubble group has a significant impact on the flowability of bubble mixed lightweight soil.For the construction mix proportion of bubble mixed lightweight soil with pumping requirements and wet bulk density W6 and strength CF0.8,it can be determined by using 350 kg of cement,215 kg of water,and 672.1 L of bubble group per cubic meter;the optimal economic pumping distance is within 100 m;bubble mixed lightweight soil is filled in layers and blocks,and the discharge port of the pumping pipe is kept level with the filling surface to reduce disturbance and defoaming;the sloping areas such as longitudinal and transverse slopes are filled with steps and leveled by the pavement base layer;the maximum settlement of the bubble mixed lightweight soil filling section is about 16.6 mm,which is about 27%of the maximum settlement of the ordinary soil filling roadbed,significantly improving the driving stability of the bridgehead section.
