摘要

随着铝合金模板在高层住宅建筑中广泛使用,铝合金模板租赁价格随着市场竞争的日益激烈而逐渐下降,利润空间逐渐降低.在这种背景下,降低铝合金模板成本并提高周转效率显得尤为重要.本文分析铝合金模板传统工艺需解决的问题,研究降低成本的技术重难点和解决方案,优化模板设计,改进技术工艺,替换原有材料,实现铝合金模板降本增效并持续为企业创造利润.结果表明,通过对铝合金模板的设计、生产和供应链等环节进行优化,可实现降低铝合金模板生产成本,提高企业竞争力和经济效益.

Abstract

With the widespread use of aluminum alloy formwork in high-rise residential buildings,the rental price of aluminum alloy formwork has gradually declined with the increasingly fierce market competition,and the profit margin has gradually decreased.In this context,it is particularly important to reduce the cost of aluminum alloy formwork and improve the turnover efficiency.This paper analyzes the problems that need to be solved in the traditional process of aluminum alloy formwork,studies the technical difficulties and solutions to reduce the cost,optimizes the design of the formwork,improves the technical process,replaces the original materials,and achieves the cost reduction and efficiency enhancement of aluminum alloy formwork and continues to create profits for enterprises.The results show that the optimization of aluminum alloy formwork design,production and supply chain can reduce the production cost of aluminum alloy formwork and improve the competitiveness and economic benefits of enterprises.
