高原发动机涡轮增压器故障与对策

柴油机在高原环境下运行时,由于空气密度降低进气量下降,易导致涡轮增压器损坏,出现冒白烟和动力不足等问题.本文针对某型号非道路国四发动机在高原工况中出现的涡轮增压器故障进行了诊断,并利用高原环境模拟台架试验对涡轮增压器旁通阀进气口位置以及发动机控制策略重新进行了调整和优化.结果表明:高原环境中涡轮增压器转速过高是造成故障的主要原因;优化后的方案有效控制了涡轮增压器的转速,并且改善了发动机的动力性能,验证了优化方案的可行性,保障了高原设备的可靠性,为提升高原发动机性能提供了可靠依据.
Faults and Countermeasures of Plateau Engine Turbocharger
When the diesel engine is running in the plateau environment,due to the decrease of air density,the intake air volume decreases,which can easily lead to the damage of the turbocharger,white smoke and insufficient power.In this paper,the turbocharger fault of a certain type of off-road ChinaⅣ engine in plateau conditions is diagnosed,and the inlet position of the turbocharger bypass valve and the engine control strategy are adjusted and optimized by using the plateau environment simulation bench test.The results show that the high speed of the turbocharger in the plateau environment is the main cause of the failure.The optimized scheme effectively controls the speed of the turbocharger,improves the dynamic performance of the engine,verifies the feasibility of the optimization scheme,ensures the reliability of the plateau equipment,and provides a reliable basis for improving the performance of the plateau engine.
