Research on the Overseas Patent Layout of Foreign Economic Platform Based Central Construction Enterprises—Taking the Algerian Market as an Example
Foreign economic platform based central construction enterprises is an important platform for Chinese technology and standards in the field of infrastructure to go global;Algeria,as an important country along the Middle East and North Africa region in the'the Belt and Road'strategy,has increasingly fierce international competition in its domestic infrastructure market.Central construction enterprises in Algeria should use patent layout to better carry out territorial business activities and promote the high-quality development of the'the Belt and Road'.By analyzing the data from the Algerian Patent Bulletin and understanding its market technology gaps,targeted strategies for central construction enterprises to layout patents in Algeria were proposed;by sorting and analyzing the patent data of central construction enterprises in Algeria,three different types of foreign economic platform central construction enterprises were summarized,and targeted patent layout strategies for different types of the enterprises in Algeria were proposed.
