摘要
单价承包合同管理模式虽然在铁路合同管理中已经成为趋势,且在某铁路项目中全面应用,但目前该模式下的审价工作没有太多经验可参考.本文结合某铁路单价承包模式项目的特点,剖析了铁路项目在建设过程中工程变更审价、价差审价、验工计价审价等工作重点,为铁路项目单价承包合同管理模式下的审价工作提供参考,避免铁路项目新合同模式下投资把控不严,投资不可控的情况发生.这些重点综合考虑,有助于确保铁路单价承包模式审价工作的全面性和实用性,为项目的顺利进行提供可靠的支持.
Abstract
Although the unit price contract management model has become a trend in railway contract management and has been fully implemented in a certain railway project,there is currently limited experience to reference in terms of the valuation work under this model.This article analyzes the key aspects of valuation work in railway projects under construction,such as engineering change valuation,price difference valuation,and work verification valuation,based on the characteristics of a specific railway unit price contract model project.It aims to provide references for the valuation work under the unit price contract management model in railway projects,thus avoiding situations where investment control is lax and investment becomes uncontrollable under the new contract model for railway projects.By comprehensively considering these key points,it helps ensure the comprehensiveness and practicality of the valuation work under the railway unit price contract model,providing reliable support for the smooth progress of projects.
