Development and Application of an Automatic Green and Low Carbon Tunnel Escape Channel
Traditional tunnel escape routes have problems such as frequent movement,difficulty in lifting inside the tunnel,difficulty in connecting interfaces,and easy misalignment of interfaces due to stress,resulting in inconvenient use and high overall costs.The automatic tunnel escape passage introduced in this article uses a unique socket expansion structure,adopts synchronous control technology for expansion and walking speed,pipe joint nesting and positioning technology,and fast transition technology,achieving mechanization and automation of the tunnel escape passage,improving efficiency,and reducing labor intensity.The bamboo winding pipeline used is a renewable bio-based raw material,which is a green,low-carbon,and environmentally friendly material.It responds well to the national energy conservation,emission reduction,and environmental protection policies.Without reducing the carrying capacity of escape routes,it reduces the comprehensive use cost and achieves good economic and environmental benefits.
