中低速磁浮交通牵引供电系统接地漏电保护研究

针对中低速磁浮交通接地漏电保护装置(64D)过电流保护会造成多个变电所跳闸的问题,建立接地漏电故障模型,采用解析方法和仿真方法,分析不同参数对64D装置性能的影响,并结合馈线漏电流特点,提出接地漏电保护改进措施.改进后的接地漏电保护装置,通过联网模式下相同供电区段两相邻变电所馈线漏电流之和与设定值比较,和无联网模式下馈线漏电流极性相结合,可以准确切除故障区段馈线断路器,保证其他供电区段列车正常运行.
Research on Ground Leakage Protection of Traction Power Supply System for Medium and Low Speed Maglev Traffic
Aiming at the problem of multiple substation tripping caused by overcurrent protection of ground leakage protection device(64D)for medium and low speed maglev traffic,this paper establishes a ground leakage fault model,and uses analytical and simulation methods to analyze the influence of different parameters on the performance of 64D device,and puts forward improvement measures for ground leakage protection based on the characteristics of feeder leakage current.The improved ground leakage protection device,by comparing the sum of the feeder leakage current of two adjacent substations in the same power supply section with the set value in networking mode and combining with the polarity of the feeder leakage current in no networking mode,can accurately cut the feeder circuit breaker in the fault section and ensure the normal operation of trains in other power supply sections.
