宁象市域(郊)铁路象山港跨海大桥全长8.276 km,是国内首座市域(郊)铁路跨海大桥.该桥深水区非通航孔引桥基础采用钢管打入桩,并采用斜桩设计,承台采用高桩承台.承台钢吊箱围堰整体结构包含侧壁系统、底板系统、内横梁支撑吊装系统、内纵梁悬吊系统四个部分.采用工厂加工制造+整体拼装+海上驳船运输+浮吊整体吊放就位的施工方案.钢吊箱围堰受力结构简单、结构整体性强、材料投入少、周转利用率高、下放就位速度快,总体施工周期短、安全性高,为宁象市域(郊)铁路象山港跨海大桥能够顺利贯通奠定了坚实基础.
Design and Construction of Steel Boxed Cofferdams for Xiangshan Port Sea-Crossing Bridge of Ningbo-Xiangshan Suburban Railway with Steel Pipe Driven Pile Foundation
The total length of Xiangshan Port Sea-Crossing Bridge of Ningbo-Xiangshan Urban(Suburban)Railway is 8.276 km,which is the first sea-crossing bridge of urban(suburban)railway in China.The foundation of the non-navigable hole approach bridge in the deep water area of the bridge adopts the steel pipe driven pile and the inclined pile design,with a high pile cap used as the pile cap.The overall structure of the cap steel suspension box cofferdam includes four parts:side wall system,bottom plate system,inner beam support hoisting system and inner longitudinal beam suspension system.The construction scheme of factory processing and manufacturing,overall assembly,offshore barge transportation,and overall lifting of floating crane is adopted.The steel boxed cofferdam has the advantages of simple stress structure,strong structural integrity,less material input,high turnover utilization rate,fast decentralization and positioning speed,short overall construction period and high safety.It lays a solid step for the successful penetration of Xiangshan Port Sea-Crossing Bridge of Ningxiang Urban(Suburban)Railway.
