装配式混凝土结构常见质量问题分析

摘要
近年来,国内装配式混凝土结构相关规范和标准不断推出,各地政府均出台相关政策支持,预制构件供应商积极响应,装配式混凝土结构处在高速发展阶段.但目前装配式混凝土结构在施工过程中出现了很多质量问题,不仅影响建造成本和工期,而且产生了安全隐患.依据规范标准,结合多个装配式混凝土结构工程实施情况,针对装配式混凝土结构施工环节存在的常见质量问题进行剖析,分析其原因,并提出管控措施和改进要点,以推动装配式混凝土结构健康发展,减少工程隐患和质量事故.
Abstract
In recent years,the specifications and standards related to the prefabricated concrete structures in China have been continuously released,all local governments have promulgated the relevant support policies,and the suppliers of the prefabricated component have also actively responded,leading to the rapid development of the prefabricated concrete structures.However,at present lots of the quality problems emerge during the construction process of the prefabricated concrete structures,which not only directly affect the construction cost and period,but also cause the potential safety hazards.According to the specifications and standards,combined with the implementation of multiple prefabricated concrete structure projects,the common quality problems during the construction process of prefabricated concrete structures are comprehensively analyzed,the corresponding causes are explored,and then the management and control measures and the improvement key points are put forward.It is expected to promote the healthy development of the prefabricated concrete structures,minimize the engineering hidden dangers and the quality accidents.
